My work is centered around clarity, presence, and healthier ways of living. I offer practical, grounded integrative practices that bring together mind–body awareness, emotional clarity, subconscious integration, and lifestyle guidance — supported by simple tools for health and everyday habits, all designed to encourage lasting, self-directed change.
My Journey
A major health shift and profound experiences in my own life reshaped everything I knew about living well and plenitude. I rebuilt my life around nourishment, alignment, and calm — learning firsthand how profound transformation happens when the mind, body, and soul work together. That experience became the foundation of my work: practical, embodied, and honest.
What I Bring
Alongside this lived experience, I bring years of study and training in:
- Mind–body practices and somatic awareness
- Subconscious integration and emotional regulation
- Holistic wellbeing, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance
- Coaching and hypnotherapy principles (applied in an integrative, flexible way)
I don’t follow a rigid, trademarked method. My approach is slow, honest, and deeply human — focused on helping you reconnect all parts of yourself so that insights become lived reality.

Hypnotic Detox
One example of my practical approach is the Hypnotic Detox: a short, guided session designed to gently release tension, align mind, body, and subconscious, and help you step into calm and clarity. It’s a simple, first step toward lasting, self-directed change.
Individual Support
While my focus is on digital tools and group programs, I occasionally offer 1:1 sessions for those who feel drawn to deeper guidance. These are not regular offerings and are available by request only via WhatsApp.
