The Offer - 1:1 Online or In-Person

1. Consultation, preparation, short hypnosis

We start with the intake interview to determine your eating habits and your emotional state and to understand your individual needs. At the end of this session, we will perform hypnosis to resolve blockages in order to prepare you optimally for the upcoming sessions. (60 min.)

2. Weight loss hypnosis session

In this main session, we use the transformative power of hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious. Through targeted suggestions and visualizations, we encourage positive changes in your eating behavior. Your subconscious is directed towards adopting healthier habits and developing a positive attitude towards food. (90 min.)

3. Post-processing, consolidation

In this final session, we will help you consolidate the changes, give you further tips and tricks for your weight loss journey and provide you with a hypnosis recording that you can use at home. (60 min.)

About Your Therapist & Coach

My name is Diana Todorut, and as an experienced alternative practitioner, hypnotherapist, and coach, I guide people on their journey to a healthy and fulfilled life. Through my program, I help clients overcome inner blockages and make positive changes, including achieving their ideal weight.
