    Emotional Support Chat Donation

    When you're feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to, this service I offer for those in immediate need of emotional support provides a comforting and supportive space to express your feelings. We’ll take the time to understand what you’re going through, help you gain clarity, and work together to develop a plan to manage your situation. This session is designed to address your concerns, reduce stress, and find practical steps to help you move forward with confidence. Cost: This service is offered on a donation basis. Pay what you can, or what feels right for you.

Conditions

1. Scheduling Appointments

I offer flexible appointment times, including short-notice availability. You can schedule an appointment by phone, email, or through my online booking system.

If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.

2. Payment

2.1. In-Person Sessions:
For services provided in person at my practice, payment is due at the end of each session. Payments can be made in cash or by card.

2.2. Online Sessions:
For online sessions, payment is required at the time of booking (except for the free initial consultation or the Emotional Support Chat). Upon booking, you will receive an invoice via email. This invoice must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the session.

  • Cancellation Policy for Online Sessions:
    If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If you encounter exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss possible alternatives.

2.3. Packages of Multiple Sessions:
If you purchase a package of multiple sessions, you may terminate the contract with a 14-day notice period. Costs for future sessions that are canceled within this notice period will be refunded. Please note that sessions already conducted will not be refunded.

3. Reimbursement and Exceptions

  • Reimbursement:
    If a session is canceled with the required 24-hour notice, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Exceptions:
    In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact me directly to discuss possible adjustments or solutions.

4. General Conditions

  • All services are provided in compliance with applicable German and EU laws.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with German law.
