Many of my clients are intelligent and creative women who, because of their work, spend too much time indoors, in static spaces where the mind grows tired and inspiration fades.

I created “Walking Coaching” as the perfect antidote: an opportunity to break this pattern and access your creative potential in a natural, energizing way.

Science shows us that rhythmic movement, like walking, stimulates both hemispheres of the brain, boosting creativity and problem-solving abilities. It is a proven way to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and find answers that seemed impossible to reach in the quiet of your office.

How a session in motion unfolds

  1. 1. Disconnecting: We begin with a few deep, guided breaths to leave the daily noise behind and enter the session space.

    2. Connecting: We anchor ourselves in the present, using our senses to connect with nature – to what we see, hear, and feel in that moment.

    3. Exploration: This is the core of the session. We will hold our coaching conversation as we walk, exploring your challenge or goal. You will be surprised by the clarity that emerges from movement.

    4. Anchoring: At the end, we will anchor the insights into a symbol or an element from nature, so you can take them with you and integrate them into your daily life.

Session via Phone (50 min)

Maximum flexibility. You walk in your favorite park, I walk in mine. We connect via phone and let nature be our conversation partner, no matter where we are.

Face-to-Face Session (50 min, Munich Area)

For an even deeper connection. We meet in a mutually agreed-upon park or trail in the Munich East area and take this journey together, literally.

For face-to-face sessions: Flexibility is key. We will make a decision together a few hours beforehand. We have three options: either we dress for the weather (a walk in the rain can be surprisingly therapeutic!), we reschedule at no cost, or we move the session online.

For phone sessions: The beauty of this format is that rain doesn’t stop us. You can choose to walk with an umbrella, use an indoor treadmill, or simply find a comfortable spot by a window. The session can take place regardless.

Absolutely not. This is not a workout. The pace is a slow, gentle walk, set by you. The goal is the conversation and connection, not physical exertion.

Yes, absolutely. The effect is just as powerful, and sometimes even more profound. The magic isn’t in being in the same physical place, but in being in the same state—of movement and connection with nature.

The fact that you are walking in your own environment, while being guided by my voice, helps you to anchor the insights directly into your daily life. Our connection is an auditory and energetic one, and the results are just as transformational.

The process is simple and secure. When you click the booking button, you will be guided to Calendly, where you can choose the date and time. Payment is made online at the time of booking via Stripe, using a credit or debit card. You will immediately receive the confirmation and the invoice via email.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. That’s why I have a policy that is flexible, yet respects the time and commitment we both make.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule any session at no cost, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded (minus any Stripe processing fees).

To honor the time reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the full session fee being charged.

I designed this process to ensure the smoothest and most dedicated experience for you. Advance payment fulfills two essential roles:

  • It secures our mutual commitment: When you invest financially, even in a first session, you are signaling to yourself that you are truly committed to this process of transformation. This exponentially increases the value and impact of the session. At the same time, it allows me to reserve that time slot exclusively for you, with the utmost seriousness.

  • It protects the coaching space: By handling the administrative aspect in advance, we ensure that during our session, we can focus 100% on you and your needs, without interrupting the flow with a commercial transaction at the end. This keeps our space clean, safe, and dedicated to your inner work.
