Terms & Conditions

1. Scheduling and Communication

All sessions are scheduled via Calendly, email, or phone. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled appointment and any necessary details in advance. Please ensure your contact information is up to date for timely communication.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. This policy ensures that the reserved time is respected and allows flexibility for others who may need the time slot.

3. Payment Terms

  • Initial Payment: Payment is required in full prior to the first session to confirm your booking. Afterward, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements if desired for future sessions or packages.
  • Payment Methods: Payment is made securely via a payment link, which will be provided after scheduling your session. You will receive a receipt or invoice shortly after payment is processed.
  • Refunds for Cancelled Packages: If you have purchased a coaching package in advance and wish to cancel, please provide at least two weeks’ notice. Any unused sessions will be reimbursed based on the package rate and the number of sessions completed.


4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost importance. All sessions and personal information are kept strictly confidential, following the confidentiality standards in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant European privacy laws. No information discussed during our sessions will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at helping you achieve personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or medical advice. Any insights, strategies, or recommendations provided are intended to support your progress, but outcomes are not guaranteed as they depend on individual commitment and application.
