Initial Consultation

Before diving into coaching, I invite you to a brief 20 to 30-minute conversation for us to get acquainted. Throughout this session, we’ll delve into your goals, desires, and needs, aiming to clarify how I can offer you the best support.

Single Session for Addressing Specific Issues

At times, you might prefer to concentrate on a specific issue without committing to a full coaching package. In such instances, we provide individual sessions tailored to address that particular concern, working together to find effective solutions.

Coaching Package: 6 Sessions Plus 1 for Bigger Goals

If you’re aiming for long-term goals and seek comprehensive work across various aspects of your life, we highly recommend our coaching package consisting of 5 + 1 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. With this package, you’ll receive six regular coaching sessions and one additional session free of charge. This structure ensures consistent progress towards your goals and facilitates lasting changes.
